hh98com Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account & Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the hh98com platform at hh98com.app — whether you browse as a guest or register as a member — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and hh98com.

If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the hh98com platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms are published at hh98com.app/terms-conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use hh98com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hh98com strictly prohibits access to minors and will verify age where required.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or agent of hh98com or any of its affiliates.
• You do not already hold an active account at hh98com. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.
• You are using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

Registration at hh98com requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and must update your account details promptly if they change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at hh98com. If duplicate accounts are detected, hh98com reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and forfeit any bonuses linked to those accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hh98com will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. 4. Deposits and Payments

hh98com accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion and no transaction fees charged by hh98com on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside hh98com's control.

Accepted deposit methods at hh98com include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though hh98com reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits.

• All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
• hh98com does not store full card details on its servers. Card payments are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways.
• Deposits are generally credited to your hh98com balance within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer timings depend on the sending institution.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available balance from your hh98com account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed by the hh98com finance team and typically complete within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. hh98com does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The first withdrawal from any account may require identity verification before processing. hh98com will request necessary documents and process the withdrawal promptly once verification is complete.
• Active bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• hh98com reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification if unusual account activity is detected. This is a security measure designed to protect account holders.
• There is no withdrawal fee charged by hh98com. Receiving institution charges, if any, are the responsibility of the account holder.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers at hh98com are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page. These general terms apply alongside any offer-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, offer-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules at hh98com:

• Bonuses are only available to accounts in good standing. Players under self-exclusion or with suspended accounts are not eligible.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and qualifying games are stated clearly for each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Unused bonus balance and associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
• Each promotional offer is generally limited to one claim per household, mobile device and IP address unless stated otherwise.
• hh98com reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying bets placed in good faith before cancellation will still count.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through artificial play, matched betting with a view to circumventing wagering requirements, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

hh98com operates sports betting and casino games subject to specific product rules published within each game or betting market. These general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are placed at the odds or prices displayed at the time of placement. hh98com reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• The minimum stake for sports bets is Rs 100 per selection. Casino game minimum bets vary by title and are displayed within the game interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out feature is available and the player activates it before the event concludes.
• Bets placed on events that have already started without the player's knowledge due to a data error may be voided at hh98com's discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. hh98com will not be liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond its control.
• Accumulator bets are settled according to the rules for each individual selection. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited at hh98com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening more than one account at hh98com, or assisting another person in opening an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform in ways not intended for regular human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption related to events offered for betting at hh98com.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing hh98com staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

hh98com is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable activity — when it stops being that, it can become harmful. hh98com provides the following tools in every account to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period of time, helping you stay aware of how long you are spending on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

hh98com provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh98com shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunities arising from platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• The actions or content of third-party game providers whose products are integrated into the hh98com platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

hh98com's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Account Closure

You may close your hh98com account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to a payment method in your name after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

hh98com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 months or more, in which case hh98com will attempt to contact you before closure.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting or any other prohibited conduct.

Where an account is closed by hh98com due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

13. Privacy

By registering at hh98com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will result in the closure of your account.

14. Disputes

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first stage, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint in writing to the hh98com management team. Formal complaints will receive a written response within 7 working days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of hh98com that cannot be resolved through the complaints process may be referred to arbitration.

15. Amendments to These Terms

hh98com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hh98com will provide reasonable notice via email notification to registered members or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, corrections to typographical errors or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.
